• You understand we are not affiliated with these platforms

MoodPlayer and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by MoodPlayer and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Music content belongs to respective rights holders and is accessed through licensed third-party platforms.

Limitation of Liability

MoodPlayer is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the service will meet your specific requirements.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

Changes to Terms
